Pipeline Repair operates primarily within the City of Toronto and the surrounding Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Our typical service area includes:

• City of Toronto (all boroughs)
• Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough, East York, York
• Parts of Mississauga, Brampton, and Markham (subject to availability)

Services Offered

Pipeline Repair provides residential home repair and maintenance services, including:

• General home repairs (drywall, carpentry, fixtures, etc.)
• Plumbing maintenance (minor repairs, fixture replacements, drain maintenance)
• Electrical maintenance (fixture replacements, minor repairs — non-permitting scope)
• Interior improvements (painting, tiling, trim work)
• Small-scale renovations (kitchens, bathrooms — non-structural)

We do not perform structural engineering work, large-scale construction, or any tasks that require licensed trade permits beyond our scope. Where such work is required, we will advise you accordingly and, where possible, refer you to a licensed professional.

Licensing & Insurance

Pipeline Repair operates in accordance with Ontario municipal bylaws and provincial regulations governing home service contractors. Our technicians who perform electrical work operate within the limits permitted for maintenance and minor repair work as defined under Ontario's Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) guidelines.

Pipeline Repair carries general liability insurance covering property damage and personal injury occurring in the course of our work. Proof of insurance is available upon request prior to commencement of any significant job.

We do not misrepresent the scope or nature of our licensing. If a job requires a licensed trade (e.g., a licensed electrician for permitting-required electrical work, or a licensed plumber for main service work), we will inform you directly.

Pricing Transparency

Pipeline Repair quotes are provided in writing before work begins. We do not add hidden fees or surprise charges after job completion. Any scope changes or unexpected conditions discovered during the work are communicated to you before we proceed — you retain the right to decline additional work.
